Welcome to my website. This is my opportunity to share my passion for Indian Head Massage and the far reaching benefits of all holistic therapies. I hope that you will find something here to encourage and inspire you to further your own professional and personal development.

My specialist area is running Indian Head Massage training courses. I am a regular speaker at local groups and offer a variety of CPD courses and workshops for beginners and therapists. Many of my courses, including my Indian Head Massage Diploma Courses and Hand and Foot Massage day courses are accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. As a trained journalist, I also enjoy writing articles and books on  holistic therapies. I offer a limited number of treatments from a clinic in Chichester, West Sussex.

In October 2010 I was honoured to receive The CAM Outstanding Achievement Award for my work. This year I was delighted to make a Key Note Speech entitled Positive Touch for Children.
